Great place to live. Located right across the Newton MRT blue and red line interchange. One stop to Orchard and one stop to the Novena medical district. Direct MRT to downtown. Prestigious ACS and SJI schools are within 1km. Everything you could want is within arms reach.

Newton One is located less than 5-minute walking distance from Newton MRT Station. Also located near the popular Newton Food Centre. Fun fact: A scene from the movie Crazy Rich Asians was filmed at Newton Food Centre. Orchard Road, a major shopping belt in Singapore, is just a few bus stops away from the condominium.

Very nice place with nice facilities. Guards are friendly and helpful. No full shelter from mrt so there are parts where getting drenched is inevitable without an umbrella.
