This place has a nice view, great to take a stroll in the condominium grounds. The tea garden is beautiful, great place to relax the eyes. The renting of facilities is $10 which is quite expensive. The management takes every complaint made by a resident seriously. The security is also quite strict. For example, if you are a resident in the pool or something, there would always be a security guard asking to show your access pass or NIRC.
