Here to welcome one of my friends into my apartment, relatively quiet place away from the buzz of the city. Good if you are one who likes a bit of swimming and gatherings. Not as convenient as others would claim. You might need to drive most of the time

Good location, seated along the canal connecting park, love the brisk walking and cycling along the river. Condo have many swimming pools and large garden compound which is very rare in Singapore. Enjoy my stay here ❤️

Located at a relatively quiet part of near town area, connected to the waterway which allows for a nice jog / stroll. Wide open common area, plenty of water pools and water fixtures. Hidden nooks and crannies to make your self secluded for quiet time
