Although the address says 338 Changi Road, it is easier to access through the entrance on Lor 110 Changi Road, which is guarded in the day time. The guard at the gate is very rude.

It’s a quiet and peaceful residential condo of 5 levels. Freehold property. Only the 5th floor condo units come with 2 floors, so all the 5th floor condos have a staircase within their individual apartments. The 1st level (street level) has only 1 large unit. Levels 2 to 5 have 11 units on each floor.
Its a small estate with only 45 condo units. It has a small but long swimming pool, one BBQ pit with a wash basin and just one outdoor table with 4 chairs, a big mechanical car park, outdoor parking area and only 1 lift serving all 5 floors. TOP in early 2014. There are many various unit sizes and configurations with the smallest unit having a floor area of 388 sq ft and the largest unit has a floor area of 1119 sq ft.

Laid back estate. Sunbird/apollo area is very calming and quiet. Except for the resident hornbills which you can see from your windows! With the east coast plan, I can definitely see more effort in making the surrounding areas more green.
